False advertising of stock availability

I was looking for a bar fridge and all main retailers were out of stock. Then I saw on House & Home website that they are in fact in stock and a good price so I ordered immediately (8 Dec 2021) online and paid extra for delivery as I am not sure if it could fit into my car. Also saw that it takes 7-10 working day so I accepted that I needed to wait. On 13 Dec on Five different failed attempts to get through to House & Home via phone, I eventually got through to someone but who could not give me an answer when my fridge would be delivered. On 14 Dec, I got a voicemail from a lady form House & Home who said they have no stock and only expect stock on 31 Dec 2021. This is 16 working days from my order date and only expect to be delivered in the new year. This was supposed to be a Christmas present and House & Home messed up. Do not advertise that you have stock available when in fact you don't have any stock just to get the sale. This is false advertising and will definitely take this matter further
