False advertising of products

House and Home is currently running a Black Friday and I bought an item from their website and they used false advertising on the website by adding additional items to my purchase saying they are free as part of the special. The promotion was very appealing and reasonable so I made the purchase, hours later they come back saying there was an error on the website and they cannot honour the order as placed. I asked for a refund in that case and now I am expected to wait 7 - 10 days for them to process the request, how because Black Friday specials are not running for that long and I want to utilise my funds on something by this week. I even gave them alternatives to issue a store voucher instead but they decided to ignore all my emails. Not pleased with the handling of their online store purchases very ***********.
