False advertising & misleading

I have purchased a tv stand for R4000 at their Westgate Shopping centre branch and I was charged R500 delivery fee. According to their free delivery policy I qualify and the stand is among the products that were listed, but I was told to pay a delivery fee. Is this false advertising?
