False Advertising

The manner in which my warranty on the bed purchased at House & Home in Alberton by the 2 Service Managers, Maryldine and Charlotte is Disheartening as both service managers DO NoT have client's best interest at heart. I have to pay almost R4000 for a warranty on the bed which got broken. What a *******! And to my shock, Charlotte even gave me a " Take It or Leave It Attitude". I am really disappointed at the level of service at House and Home and their False Advertising.

Even the Service received from their Seally Warehouse, disappointing indeed.
