False Advertising

<p>Hi. I walked into your store at Tygervalley and there was a couch on special for R2999. We wanted this couch, well two of them, and paid and ordered it. We were told that there is nothing available. The day before we were told that there are 36 of them. So they explained that the couches must still be made and it works on orders that come in. I want to tell you that doing business this way is not legal. You cannot put something on special in your showroom and make your customers pay for it but then you don't even have the couches. I was told that this happens a lot. I am seriously considering taking this further as this comes down to false advertising. So I want to know what are you going to do about this?
