<p>I bought a brand new corner couch at house and home forest hill mall last year march to the value of R16500 i was told the couch is pyre leather a year later the couch was now coming off when we wipe it, its cracking and tearing. I called the branch to tell them abiut tge problem but all they could say is that theyvexpecting payment even though the couch is coming off, i stopped making payment because they could not assist me. I recently called the manager says he can not help me because the couch is out of warranty im expected to pay for a couch that is tearing and which they told me it was leather and now its as good as old and broken. Please help </p>
