EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL N1 CITY BRANCH

I had a PATHETIC experience on 25/11/2020 I went to buy a microwave which they had on display I was then advised that it is out of stock. When I asked if they could check when they are getting stock again they said that they do not know. I then asked to buy the one on display seeing as that cannot tell me when they will be getting in more stock. The manager said no because he needs it on display. WHAT IS THE POINT OF DISPLAYING SOMETHING YOU DO NOT HAVE???!!!!!! I called the manager again, who then refused to see me and kept sending the sales assistant to tell me what he says. This was at the N1 City branch and the managers name is Ryan.
