Extremely Poor Service

Poor customer service at your Centurion Branch. Tellers/Cashiers/Sales Agents are very unprofessional at dealing with clients. Payments captured incorrectly, lay-bye amount allocated to incorrect items and taking forever to resolve queries. Won't be buying items at the store again and will not recommend anyone to do so due to appalling service received.
