Extremely disappointed with house and home Pitermaritzburg

I would like to share the bad customer services I receiving from house and home in Pietermaritzburg, End of October I bought washing machine from them and on the 25th of October it was delivered to my home. And than 2days after it was delivered I discovered that the machine is actually faulty I than contacted them to inform them about the fault, they promised to come back to me but they never come back to me as to what will happen. I kept calling them until they send technician from sumsung and only in December the technician came to check the machine and that guy from sumsung confirmed it is indeed faulty and he logged out of box failure for us. After that I waited nobody from house and home got back to me, when I call or go there to the store they kept on telling me ***** saying they will come to do exchange since technician has confirmed. I waited and kept calling them and still continued with their empty promises. And I never give up, went there and than they confirmed the model the machine is no more on stock so they will exchange it with different model and we should pay an extra R500 of which I never understand how come should I pay for their own fault.. I told them I can't pay for their mistakes what I want from them is the machine that I've already paid for. And today they decided to send someone to come and fetch the machine and those papers they giving to me it says canceled yet I never canceled anything and waiting for the machine to be exchanged as per the last conversation I had with them.
