Extremely customer service and False advertising

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received from your furniture store, House and Home at Brookside Mall in Pietermaritzburg. I visited your store on Wednesday with the intention of purchasing a fridge for cash. I was promised that the fridge would be delivered to my address by Friday. However, to my disappointment, no one from your store contacted me regarding the delivery as promised.

I took the initiative to visit your store in person, only to encounter unprofessionalism among your staff members. The sales lady I dealt with, whose name is POPI, was conveniently off duty when I visited the store yesterday. This situation led to me wasting my airtime and petrol trying to follow up on the promised service.

This experience has been incredibly frustrating and has tarnished my perception of your store. As a customer, I expect transparency, reliability, and professionalism from the businesses I choose to support. Unfortunately, my recent encounter with House and Home has failed to meet these basic standards.

I trust that you will investigate this matter promptly and take the necessary steps to ensure that such instances do not reoccur in the future. As a loyal customer who values exceptional service, I hope to see improvements in your customer service practices moving forward.
