Exchange or refund

Good day, I’d like to share my review regarding Klerksdorp Matlosana Mall House and Home. I’m extremely disappointed with the quality of the DELTA 2PCE LOUNGE SUITE that I bought for cash on the 13/11/2024 for the amount of R17999,00. Early January 2025 my partner noticed that the couches were sagging but then I was still exited about them so I was reluctant to go to the store and complain. On the 11/02/2025 I went to the above store to state my concern and I was told to sent the pictures. Of which later the Store Manager requested the videos that he said the supplier wanted, I even suggested that he sent someone over to my place to see for them self since I’m staying across the N12(Matlosana Gardens). This dragged for the whole of February 2025. The way forward from the Manager is that they can’t exchange or refund but to take my couches for inspection for a period of 21 days. Then I asked him where will I sit on in that time. I feel like he can do more to help but he is not doing so.
