EXCELLENT SERVICE ALL THE WAY!!!

I had a real uplifting experience at Menlyn branch, Pretoria East. From the person at the door where we had to sanitise our hands to salesperson Teboho who assisted us in our search for a suitable washing machine. I am blind, therefore I had to find a washing machine with buttons that enable me to use the machine when I am on my own. Teboho immediately understood my situation and patiently helped me. He also took the time to explain the contract as well as additional benefits such as an extra 2-year warranty. As we were leaving the shopping centre, Teboho already phoned to hear when the machine could be delivered. The two men who delivered the machine, removed the old one and connected the new one. While they were disconnecting the old one, water spilled on the floor. One young man asked for a mop and he cleaned and dried the floor. I did not expect all of this, since at most places the staff do the bare minimum, and that without any enthusiasm. Thank you very much for your kindness, consideration and excellent service. Next time I will have the confidence to visit your shop on my own with my guide-dog, because I feel I can rely on you.
