Excellent Customer service on 5 June 2022

Have been pleasantly surprised at the level of customer service of Shieada. Recently had an issue with a De Longhi appliance purchased from them. Within days of mailing their customer service, I received an email from Jenny the area manager, and not long after from the store manager. They are handling my problem with such professionalism, and have gone out of their way to solve the issue. Thumbs up!
