Excellent customer service House& Home Pavilion

I had purchased a bed via lay by from House and home in the beginning of July. At the end of the month, I was ready to pick up. However my sales consultant was on leave. Switchboard directed me to the customer service manager Ritesh. He promptly resolved my query and within two days I picked up my bed. I would definitely recommend this store and more importantly Ritesh. He was professional, courteous and polite and it was a pleasure dealing with him. Customer facing roles need people like him.
