Its nice to start the New Year off on a good note.<br> <br> We would like to say thank you to Sifiso at the Parklands - House & Home branch for his excellent customer service. He dealt with us in a professional, and very efficient manner.<br> <br> He knows what client service is all about and ensured that we were kept up to date at all times when purchasing our Patio suite. We signed the paperwork in the course of last week and the suite was delivered on Sunday (same week) without any hassles. <br> <br> He even called us a day later to confirm delivery which was out of this world.<br> <br> Sifiso you are a true gem to the firm and we need more people like you in South Africa, as this makes shopping a breeze. We had such a bad experience with the Alberton branch (2 minutes away from where we live) and will definitely drive out all the way to Parklands again should we need to purchase anything from House & Home ever again.<br> <br> Thank you once again Sifiso.
