Empty promises

A month or so back I opened up an account and got the goods but I was told that I should take the goods and I'll get the new ones which they need to order as we got the display . After some time I emailed the headoffice as the pillows was open as the foam started to show but no reply . We went through a very difficult time at home as I was the only one working and had to see for everything we tried to go under debt review but it wasn't successful . And couldn pay at time.Til today wifeis stil unemployed . We got a phone call from collectors threathing me if I dont pay . I also told this lady about the display couch and tv unit. She assured me that I will get new couches and a tv unit once I pay R15 000. She promised that they will pick up the display stuff . But I only manage to to pay the R14 000 and till today I'm struggling to get hold of the rainbow finance people . It was a coloured lady whom called everytime . Why should I go to this extend to be contacted back . I'm very unhappy with the service I got. She made me so things that will kick me financially to meet her halfway to the agreement .
