Double Payment for 1 month

I switched Bank accounts and called in to update debit order information on 14/04/2021. Spoke to Lindiwe @ N1 city and she said she will put the debit order instruction on new bank account to May 2021 but i need to pay APril's installment in cash

on tuesday i took the time to go to store and paid in cash. Today, i see they still debited my NEW bank account for APril !!!!

So essentially i paid twice for april!!!! I have called in and they confirmed that they can refund me but i need a bank statement and ID copy for them to do it but its an Inconvenience due to my App not having a statement and i do not have the time to go to the bank to get a statement as im in Training for work.....

Probably going to have to wait 3 to 7 wrking days for the refund cause thats how it works. Debitors take your money instantly but make you wait for it when they need to give it back.

So annoyed as i have to now tighten the budget and CANNOT honour my other commitments as i wait for them to honour what they said.

The only good experience i have with house and Home is when i bought my Item there. 3 times I needed assistance from them after, was nothing but bad experience from house and Home. and i Regret making my purchase there already.
