Dorah Monyai - Great customer service and satisfaction at its BEST!!!

<p>I had to purchase a dinning set for my parents who live in Centurion, but I live in Bloemfontein. I had gone through different options, however, I decided to call House and Home Centurion store and I was transferred to an Angel (Mme Dorah Monyai).</p> <p>I called her in the morning on the 19th of Dec (Monday), she emailed me an invoice for the item about an hour later and asked that I pay at the Bloem store, which I did. The following day, she sent me the invoice to confirm payments. I also asked that as my mom won’t be able to assemble, she should please organize this before being dispatched, this she noted as well and sent through to me to see. I indicated delivery to be done on the Thursday, which she ensured was done that day.</p> <p>There were some ups and downs with delivery, of which I was CONSTANTLY in contact with Mme Dorah and each time I called her cell nr, she answered. She ensure that the ups and downs were settled to the satisfaction of my parents and myself. She constantly indicated when delivery was underway, communicated problem to her manager and gave heads up on solutions being done to resolve the problem. She got so involved with dispatch as well, to ensure all damages were rectified as well as ensuring they got delivery on time.</p> <p>I could go on and on with her great services and her relentless attitude during the whole period – she never got ****ed or angry – this actually convinced me to write this, as she deserves a good recognition for all the hard work during the whole process.</p> <p>I really can't wait to meet her in person and thank her accordingly. These type of people make you believe some actually get up each day to do their best at work.</p>
