dont waste your time with house and home tokai

Tokai house and home, I bought a bed in November 2023, complained about it, i was patient. I was made to wait until today. Its not my job to chase after anyone to do their job or remind them to call back when they said they would. Transportation is costly enough to be showing face where i am just a mere customer,raising my complaint. If I matter as do all other customers of other races, my matter would have been given the urgency it deserved. But because thats not the case, i am over here with a bed thats not even a year old making cracking noises.
