Don't order online from this useless company

On 2 December we placed and paid online an order for a fridge .the website promises delivery within 7 working day . 16 days later no movement or eta of this order. Emails ,Twitter Instagram and Facebook requests for assistance are being ignored. Phoning the so called help line is a total waste of money and time as they are always extremely busy .... your call will be answered,,,, never order #***
