Dont ever buy anything at house and home

<p>i went in to house and home to settle my account and i ask the lady that helped me what is the settlement and she told me then i payed it then next month headoffice phoned me and told me that i did not pay the account then i ask her what do i have to pay she tell me the same amount that i payed already i ask her to look on there system what happened she can not tell me i then asked her to look on the other months she can not do that as well plz people dont ever buy at any of there stores</p>
