Dont care attitude

So i put a deposit down for a fridge on a 6 term lay buy period. I paid a deposit. I didnt pay on 1st august 2017 that was 1st instalment and then on 15 september i paid the balance that i owed. Then i get told. Sorry the fridge is no longer in production. We will ask in other branches. I get a callback to say fridge is badly damaged in Kempton Park. We can offer you one for less and refund the balance. I explain that the freezer section is to small. I get a call. Theres one in alberton we will go check it out. After 2 hours i get a call when loading the fridge a dent was noticed. We have to refund your money but we dont have that amount of cash so you must wait until cash is available. No time frame given as to when cash will be available so i must just wait for my own money. I cant even go and buy another fridge from somewhere else.
