Don't buy from House and Home 14th Avenue

I bought a fridge at House and Home 14th Avenue. The fridge was supposed to be delivered the same day or the Monday. It was delivered on Tuesday. On Tuesday, I immediately advised that I was not happy with the Fridge and asked for the Driver to come back and collect and I will look for another fridge. Anastasia said the driver will come collect. Wednesday i followed up and was told they will collect Yesterday. Still nothing. Today I called the manager Johnny at 9am and 11am and left a message for him to call me back. At 13:45 I called again and he tells me that without the item in the original packaging, he cannot refund. This was NEVER mentioned to me one even in the time when I had to send Anastasia picks of inside the fridge. I logged a complaint on their website and nothing. Johnny says I must speak to HOffice who also does not answer calls.
