I'm really disappointed at the service I have been receiving at the Highveld Mall branch in Witbank. To the point where I decided I'd rather buy online. I placed an order for mattresses online and it was referred to the store on Friday and the manager was requested to contact me at his earliest convenience. I called the store and my order has still not been attended to and no one has reverted back to me at this time. I made 3 purchases at this store in the past 2 weeks and the service is really nothing to be excited about. And this that I made last week will definitely be the last purchase.
