Don't make promises you can't keep

<p>I bought a matress from House and Home a few weeks ago with the promise that it will be at my door with in two weeks. I couldn't wait any longer because I need the matress to let out my place for the holiday season. I still havn't recived my matress and have been told I can only get it next year. Apart from a waste of time this should just be a simple matter if getting my money refunded and going somewhere else, right? Wrong. They won't refund me as I'm told they don't have money in the store. They say come back tomorrow, we'll have it then, but five days later still nothing. I'm running out of trouble and if I don't get my refund tomorrow my business is affected and I'm in trouble.</p>
