Do Not Buy ANYTHING from House and Home. I bought a T.V from House and Home Meadowdale last year. The T.V stopped working. I phoned house and home on Saturday the 8th of October. The lady said she will phone me back on Monday. She never did. I phone on Monday afternoon. No one knows what i am talking about. The man I speak to said he will have a look and phone me back. This was at 3. I receive a call back on Tuesday morning. He takes all my details and logs the fault. Said it would take 48 hours for someone to come have a look. Thursday I get a whatsapp and the man tells me I need to send the serial number. The proceeds to lie to me about when the fault was logged and that it would take 48 hours from logging the fault on Thursday. Get a call on Monday that they credited the T.V. I can come in an pick a new TV. Go there and i get informed i have to open a new account and all information and payments will be allocated to the new account. But the amount i have to pay back is now higher. Get a call today (Thursday) that i have to bring in all my documents again. The day i am suppose to get my new TV. Worst store ever with just ***** and no service
