Dissatisfaction

Dissatisfaction about House and home services. My name is Mr Letlhogonolo Abednigo Mmusi with I'D *** 55 year's old. On the 11th December 2023 I opened an account at House and home furniture shop in Fleurdal Bloemfontein as per account No:43013-01.The item that I bought was 3G mobile Samsung Galaxy A14 6 with the initial amount of R3799 before interest and other additional fees.The hole amount that I supposed to pay back is R7148 on account with the monthly instalment of R298.27 for the duration of 24 month's. On the early hours of 14th February I was on my way to work when suddenly met 2 African men trying to Rob a student girl her cellphone and money. The young girl was screaming for help.As a police officer I stopped my vehicle next to them and and they noticed that I am a policeman and they stated to run away and I tried to run after them and suddenly I fell on the ground and my cellphone was in my pocket and my cellphone also fell and broken down the screen.On 15th of February 2024 I visited houses and home branch to report to the manager the above mentioned statement and she told me I didn't have a All Risk Insurance with them. I told her that is the first time I heard about All Risk Insurance. I told her that who must do All Risk Insurance and she explained to me that the Salesman supposed to tell me about all risk insurance. While I was busy with my account application I asked the Salesman by the name of Mr M.G Rapitso about the insurance to insured my expensive cellphone and he inform me that there's no insurance for cellphones. I also asked him if my cellphone can be broken or ****** where should I report and he told me that I must get private insurance for my phone.I also told him that as my phone is under account it must have insurance from the shop. I tried many time to talk to them and they gave me an email as per *** and the name of the person I send the email to her is Margaret Wilbur from head office and also she said she will not able to assist me with my problem and I asked her to provide me with the Regional manager email as my last hope to assist me. I send them too many email again to the Regional manager as email *** .za from the 21st February up until 25th March 2024 without any success as I hopped. I received an information that the same salesman was resigned or expelled from his job but I don't have any clue for what reasons.I also told them that if I was aware about All Risk Insurance I rather took it before anything because I know appliances are always at rist such as TV,Kettle,phones,irons and others. Now it shows that the salesman failed me not to put Risk Insurance and put only Life insurance. He Didn't explained to me about both insurance as I know that anything you bought under account are on insurance and guarantees for the sake of damages,****** or broken maybe to be repaired or refunded another one that is all I know nothing else to explain myself. On the 11th of march I handed over my broken cellphone to the manager of house and home and told her I can't pay R7000 without my cellphone. I rather stop paying monthly instalment of R298. I also told her I don't have problem to pay my account but it will be unfair to pay my account. She told me that it was my negligence to damaged my phone and I explained to her that one day I was in Shoprite at Twincity BFN just to go and buy food and I met with a security guard at Shoprite and told me that they arrested a shoplifting suspect and the suspect was arrogant and aggressive toward them and as a policeman I have to intervene and assist them to take the suspect to Heidedal police station for detention.I made an example to them that if my phone was damaged or broken during my assistance which mean they will tell me that was my negligence or what no one answer me for that example they all said if I was having All Risk Insurance they rather help me.
