Dissapointed customer

On the 07/07/24 I did a lay bye at House & Home at Festival mall in Kempton Park. It was for a Sumsung 15KG washing machine. Thereafter on the 27/0724 paid the outstanding amount and I paid for the delivery fee as i was told the machine will be delivered the following week. In the beginning when i came to buy they told me the delivery fee was R370 but when i came to pay the balance they said it has increased to R400. I waited for the machine to be delivered 1st week nothing came. On the second week i called the sales gentleman he said they were still waiting for the supplier to deliver the stock to the store. Alright i waited on the third week i called the sales gentleman and he told me the supplier ha not delivered the stock but maybe they will deliver that same week. I told him l will come and get my refund on the 10/08/24. So l did not go on the agreed date but i went to the store on the 12/08/24 and i asked for the manager. I spoke to the manager and she reassured me from now onwards she will be the one contacting me. She said she will call me on the 16/08/24. She did call on that same date and she said they are still waiting for the supplier to come and deliver the stock. She asked me to be patient because they have check at another store if they don't have any stock of the washing machines. She said she will call me back later that day. Indeed she did call me back that day and she told me the machine was already sold to a customer at the other store. She then said I must give them until Monday maybe the supplier will deliver on 19/08/24. I waited I received a call on the 21/08/24 it was the sales gentleman he said they are still waiting for the supplier to deliver, he was suppose to deliver on the 19/08/2024 but he did not deliver. He asked me to wait until the 23/08/24 and hopefully the supplier will deliver the stock to them.I told him if i don't get a call on that my washing machine will be delivered to my house on that same friday. On saturday morning i will be at their store to get my refund because i can't be waiting for a washing machine as though lm waiting for house that has to be built.
