Dissapointed

Good day; In August 2017 we went to House & Home Sunningdale to purchase a few Items. 2 x bed sets a headboard etc. When I enquired about one of the beds I advised I am 117 kg, and need something strong and was sold the Emperor by the sales lady as she said it can take 130kg. 3 months down the line the mattress started to collapse and in Jan was totally ruined. It was reported and the supplier contacted me and said that I am overweight and this bed can only take 90kg.

He replaced the mattress, not long after the same thing started to happen, it was reported to the store 25 august and was advised we will be contacted, the sales lady who is very professional confirmed that the mattress can take 130kg, how ever the supplier said 90kg, but the thing is my wife not close to 90kg side also busy collapsing.

Please get this sorted, I want a mattress that can take my weight as explained when we purchased, I frequent your shops, and find it unbelievable that this is the service House & Home renders.
