Dishearted and disappointed customer

My aunt Connie Seboka bought a television for me at H&H on a six months account and the first month I was a few days late with the payment but I rectified that mistake and went to pay my monthly installments accordingly only to find out that the interest on my account is busy doubling, I was supposed to pay installment up to the value of R1380 and every month I pay R1400 when the lockdown started due to the corona pandemic we were not sent any message as to where to pay my account and the balance on my account was R5055, I went to the trouble of even going to a lady that works in the store during lockdown she was working in checkers I asked her where I could pay my account and she told me to check my contract I would find account numbers for the store and there were none only in May did they put up numbers at the store front saying if we had any enquires we should call the numbers they had written on the window upon doing that they told me that because of the lockdown I could pay my account at any checkers or shoprite I did that immediately, I paid both my installments that were behind due to the shop being closed which amounted to R2800 and the president had clearly stated that during lockdown no business should hold people liable to crazy interest rates whereas they were the ones that were closed because of the pandemic, when I went to pay at the beginning of this month my second last installment to my surprise my last installment that was supposed to be on the 1st of July had doubled in amount to the amount of R1622 whereas it was only supposed to be R854.17, I am starting to see that H&H does not want people out of debt they are just wolves dressed in sheep clothing, it is **************** what they are doing to people with their crazy interest rates and then they claim that the reason why our interest has gone up is because they sent tracers even though we had been paying every month on time how can they send tracers when it is lockdown and they did not even send us any message as to were to pay their account
