Disgusting Service House&Home(Fourway Mall)

Good day, Me and my partner bought a Laptop brand Mecer at House & Home(Fourways Mall) and a few months later the Laptop buttons stopped working. We have been pushed from pillar to post with regards to the replacement/repairs of the Laptop for almost a month now, and only today the manager on floor i.e Forster Shivhambu confirmed that nothing has been done till this day. In fact the Laptop has just been sitting there in the branch unattended to. No one even cares really we need to drive every other day as no one even calls to provide an update. I have never in my life received such disgusting service to say the least!!!! Our first encounter with this business, but i would never ask anyone to go there. Stay away from House&Home(Fourways Mall) for your own good!!!!!
