Disgusting Service by House & Home

I bought a hob stove in May 2025, the stove decided to crack n its own whilst not in use. I immediately reported to House &Home, instead of assisting me they directed me to Defy which I found very wired as I had jog bought the stove at Defy. 2 weeks later House and Home is selling that Defy doesn't cover cracks in their warranty. This is clear that they sold me poor quality product at an amount of over R5000
