DISGUSTING SERVICE

I bought a Totai 5 burner gas stove free standing form the store in Carnival mall. Great way to sell the product but after service is the worse. Since I have bought the stove I have not used it. The sales lady has resigned so no one has taken accountability for the after service. The glass hood does stand on its own and the stove is not used. I have been to the store and told the Manager Silvia on numerous occasions to sort this issue out. I keep going to the store and nothing happens. I was there on Tuesday and was told they will arrive Wednesday I went back again on Wednesday then I was told Thursday and nothing Friday I returned to the store and Silva phoned Jafta at Totai and he assured me that the technician will come out Monday and nothing...The call was logged not for a loose glass lid but for a faulty burner where did I say that....ALL i GOT WAS SMSES ON MONDAY NO TECHNICIAN AS PROMISED BY JAFTA ????So HOUSE AND HOME and TOTAI COME PICK UP YOUR **** FROM MY HOUSE I WANT A REFUND.....??????
