Disgusting service

I am so disgusted with the service from this business. I have contacted them multiple times regarding the defy tumble dryer I bought from them last year. The things quality is disgusting. When I press the power button it stays in. And it’s not the first time it’s happening. The thing started rusting on top for no reason. They said they will come out, but the time slots they have available does not accommodate me. I spoke to the sales manager Lance and he just told me he will follow up. I received an email from them ( I don’t know if it’s defy or house and home) but they said they would come out the 29/12/2025. To no avail. I’ll probably have to follow up again as some people needs to be reminded to do their job.
