disgusting customer service

<p>I bought a bunk bed and two mattresses on the 4/7/17 paid cash it's now the 15/7/17 still no bed or mattresses did understand at first Gateway store in kzn had no stock, but now it's been two weeks and I'm just hearing stories. Very disappointing we all work and I myself work very hard to give my customers 101% satisfaction. So to not get 101% back is frustrating very upset.</p>
