Disgusted

<p>i am disgusted in House and Home accounts department - they dont know what the hell they doing with peoples accounts. both my debit orders dont go off on the dates provided to them, they then have the cheek to tell me I cancelled my debit order when I DID NOT, and then on the 2nd debit order we asked for it to go off on the 28th of a month, when that didnt happen my husband went in to pay them on the 30th June - and then on the 1st they deduct the 1 amount from my bank account.. I want a Manager or a SENIOR person from House and Home Accounts to call me because i am seriously ticked off with the service.</p>
