DISGRUNTLED AND DISILLUSIONED

I am a disgruntled and disillusioned EX customer of House and Home. To name a few issues: 1. The so-called price matching they pride on is completely ridiculous and misleading. 2. When placing an order, false/misleading information are given. 3. Complete lack of feedback. 4. *********** sales staff. 5. Cumbersome, unfriendly and extremely time consuming systems. 5. Zero customer service; if what you put forward can even be referred to as service.

My very unfortunate experiences have been with the Eastgate and Festival Mall branches.

I STRONGLY WARN ANY PERSON AGAINST BUYING/TRY TO BUY GOODS FROM THIS CHAIN unless you can accept the above!!!!
