Disgraceful customer service, wrong products and delay in delivery

We ordered a l-shape couch and two chairs. We were told it would be delivered at 16:00 on 22 October- it was eventually delivered at about 18:00. When we opened it- we realised there’s to left sides for the corner unit. Then gets a message from sales person saying he got a warning because of us- and due to me calling for the delivery. Now- we hear that we will only receive the correct items tomorrow. It is a disgrace!!!! Is this how clients are treated? Shame on you House & Home. I have asked you to contact me- no feedback. You are now leaving me with no choice but to start reporting you on the Social Media platforms. I am shocked by your customer service!!!!
