disappointed in the service

I've been trying too get an account with house and home, they have kept my application for more than a month without responds, the sales lady that assists us is every well s****ed and always trys her best too keep us calm, the head office is the biggest problem and management at the store does absolutely nothing about it...we love there future and would really love too do business with them but there delayed service is pathetic.
