DISAPPOINTED CLIENT

Helo Peter, I write to you with so much disappointment in house and home N1City....I have taken in my laptop as it was giving problems.. two weeks later I call to follow up the lady says no the collected today only....two weeks later I am still fighting to speak to management when I call everytime they say the laptop is ready they waiting for it to be brought back to the store...now when I call no one picks up..I have lost time studying and getting ready for my exams I feel like I'm paying double purchase price for what this service I do not recommend House and home to anyone not even my closest enemy when payment is late or not reflecting the so quick to call u!!!! Bit no customer service at all please anyone that wants to think of using them please don't they full of empty promises...
