Disappointed and dissatisfied

The service I received from House & Home in Greenacres was very bad, I laybyed an item online then went to the shop to pay it up, the item was delivered as promised, when I call the store they said if I had a sales person then the person would be assisting me with tracking delivery, I went to the store to speak to the manager since I don't have a sales person, the manager didn't even come and listen to me, he just sent a sales person to attend to me
