Disappointed

Highly disappointed !we bought a R22000.00 lounge suite in 2016 the sponge has completely given in on 2 out of 3 couches i tried for 4 days last week to get hold of the manager and was kept being told "she not in ,she's not in " (despite being told by other staff members that she is there !!!!!) My mom then phoned 5 min after myself last week and all of a sudden the lady (who's name I will not mention on this platform ) was in and answered she then stated there is no warranty or guarantee on the couches which we found extremely hard to belive and we the said we will go to hello Peter if this is how clients get treated and all of a sudden her attitude changed and she was more then willing to assist she then said that we must send her photos and put it on email she will get on it right away to date she has still not responded!!! This is extremely pathetic customer service
