Delivery services suck

I made a laybe of furniture which was partly delivered on the agreed date. The sad part is that the I had to assembly the coffee table myself, while doing that I discovered that there is a missing *****. I have phoned the store and the warehouse and getting no assistance. One lady promised to phone back which they never did. Part of my furniture has not been delivered still!
