Delivery of goods House and Home Centurion

We purchased a bed set from them om the 22nd of December and was promised delivery on the 24th...after 4 phone calls with no clear answer and the excuse of "we will call you back" one guy at their recieving said the truck has not yet arrived but we can expect delivery on the 26th or 27th.... nothing happend. I phoned the store again on the 26th and was told it will be delivered on the 28th...still nothing delivered. Even spoke a few times to the managers and branch managers, all they can say is that they agree that it is unacceptable and that they have sent an email and marked as urgent. How after 7 days of waiting for delivery can they not pick up a phone and get things done. Do not make promises to your clients over and over again and not deliver. Because of this they have lost customer's as we wont make use of their services again
