Delivered damaged couch

Account Number: *** Receipt Number :648332 Sales Person ***-bsm12-MS DD MOTAUNG I bought a corner lounge suite cash from House & home in Roodepoort on the 01-06-2022 and the delivery was done on Saturday the 4th June ,I unwrapped the lounge immediately when it was delivered when the delivery guys were still there and discovered that 1 one side was damaged i told the guys to go back with it ,but they said they cant and decided to take pictures of the damage and send a what's to their manager and even called her[ LEE is the name ] in my presence ,she said they will replace it during the week which was last week from the 6th to the 10th ,so am still waiting for them until now .When ever I call the store they tell that they will call me back ,but they never did that ....i have been waiting for their
