Delayed credit application - no communication

App**** for credit online, this is supposed to be a quick and hassle-free process, however, seems to be drawn out as nobody has contacted me since I was provisionally approved.

I received the SMS stating that I was provisionally approved and that was it.

I am unable to visit the store to have this resolved at the moment and am left wondering if I made the right decision to want to purchase from House & Home.
