Delayed and broken purchase

I ordered a slowcooker online on the 14th of Jan for a wedding gift for 27 Jan. I phoned numerous amounts of times last week, finally last week Thursday Thembi said it would be dispached from JHB branch. It arrived today broken due to poor packaging. This is the worst experience I have ever had with online shopping. I tried phoning now again numerous times and no answer.
