Defy Warranty Disaster through House & Home

I have a 3 year old fridge/freezer double door that's been giving issues. Bought it at House and Home. House and Home wants to give me R12000 credit to buy a replacement fridge worth about R16000 these days - Defy does not have stock (maybe in 3 weeks) to replace the 614L Fridge/Freezer with the same size, and I'm not taking a smaller model - also not waiting 3 weeks. Not sure where the issue really lies between H&H and Defy, but at this point in time I have a Defy appliance, and the warranty is not being honoured.
