Defect Laila Set Couches.

I bought A Cnr Laila Set in June 2022 from House &Home East rand Mall and the set was sagging, emailed, they after a month came to a conclution to Come collect it and have it Tested after I Paid Cash R25.000 for it they did not want to exchange it. After a long time weeks went by they replaced with another set. I have not been Home alot and traveling but when I really started using the Set I noticed its also Sagging with all the Cushions when u sit down. I send An email to House and Home which they requested the Slip in September/October the Lady Just rep**** its out of warrenty Sorry we cant do anything its not there Problem anymore. So Buying a Set Cash and still 2 years down the line the Product ia still a Problem and supplier Dont Care. So if I bought thia on account or HP I would have had to pay extra for Couches that cannot be used and is Uncomfortable and I have to Fix it Myself or to sell it to buy from another supplier Dissapointed in there Brand and there No Car service.
