<p>I bought a lounge suite at house and home in 2015. Adverti*****t said 24 month guarantee only to find out a year later when we wanted to get it repaired that it only has a 1 year guarantee, thanks for that false advertising. I let that one go. This year May was supposed to be my last payment of R400 only to find that in june they want R500 more which means that i owe them more than i actually do. Now we are in July now i got a statement saying i owe another R400 for some unknown reason. Im still waiting for rainbow finance to get back to me. I went to their office in Parkrand and was informed there with a statement that i owe nothing anymore that my account has been paid in full. So where the hell does extra amount come from so suddenly? I have to keep on paying for something that accoring to them and according to me has been paid in full since May. Now i have to take off work to go sort this out as it is unfair to take my money when according to your staff i have been paid in full. It's difficult getting off work as a government official. But if i have to stand infront of your building with a board to warn other people away from making the mistake of using you i will do so with a smile on my face. I will never ever again in my whole life use your stores again and i will warn as many people as possible not to use you. </p>
